Happy 20th, Honey!

Wow! Our 20th anniversary! It's been 20 wonderful years -- we have been so blessed. Just a few pictures here . . . one from our rehearsal dinner and one from the wedding. It doesn't seem like 20 years ago . . . but then, it seems like we've always been together. We usually go out to eat and to see a movie for our anniversary, but we'll be spending our evening at NDMS's first football game as Scooby will be cheering tonight. I wouldn't have it any other way!

My Life Has Changed Forever

One month ago. Today. Exactly. My life changed forever. And what's really ironic, and I just noticed this when I reacquainted myself with my blog and looked at my last post -- the last time I posted, Superbowl Sunday, on February 7, was the last time my Daddy was ever at my house. It was the last time we had Sunday lunch together. I wish I could remember what we had for lunch, but I can't. But I do know it was the Sunday before the Daytona 500. He got sick on Wednesday, was sick the weekend of the Daytona 500, and went into the hospital on that following Monday.




Our lives would never be the same again.
